Tabata Workouts follow a protocol of 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 4 minutes. -One Tabata = 4 Minutes -Two Tabatas = 8 Minutes -Three Tabatas = 12 Minutes -Four Tabatas = 16 Minutes -Five Tabatas = 20 Minutes
These workouts consist of One Round of Tabata (8 Intervals).
These workouts consist of Two Rounds of Tabata.
These workouts consist of Three Rounds of Tabata (12 Minutes Total).
These workouts are 16 Minutes in length (Some include additional 4 MINUTE FINISHER)
