Tabata Workouts follow a protocol of 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 4 minutes.
-One Tabata = 4 Minutes
-Two Tabatas = 8 Minutes
-Three Tabatas = 12 Minutes
-Four Tabatas = 16 Minutes
-Five Tabatas = 20 Minutes
